INTRODUCTION
Michael Wade Smith is a student at
the University of Kansas double majoring in English – Creative Writing and
Psychology with a minor in Spanish! Michael has worked with countless students
across the country sharing his inspirational message.
Michael developed his leadership
skills through a major Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO). His
student leadership culminated in his service as a CTSO National President.
Michael has advocated for youth at every level and has worked to make youth see
the potential within them to reach their ultimate destination—SUCCESS! He has
had the opportunity to present on behalf of youth and career and technical
education (CTE) to President George W. Bush and the US Secretary of Education.
His work on behalf of youth, education, CTE, and leadership never stops as he
continuously works to see students succeed in all that they do.
More than anything Michael enjoys
spending time with his friends and family, enjoying music and movies, and just
relaxing!
