A dynamic presentation exploring youth
relationships. Friendships, dating, family, and community
relationships are some of the fundamental bonds
most youth deal with. How do you “do it right?!” Michael
will explore different strategies and theories of relationships and
how they are formed and how they work best to support both
individuals, or groups, in the
relationship. Taking a step back to look at
"what's really going on" can sometimes be the best remedy to all
situations, especially relationships. We will try to make you
do just that!

One of the fundamental facets of leadership is
goal setting! As leaders in our lives we have to analyze our
potential and set goals accordingly to measure and motivate us for
success. Throughout this empowering presentation attendees
will be challenged to look deep within themselves, find out a little
more about who they are, and set goals that
challenge them, but that can be reached by getting M.A.D.!
Teamwork: "There's
no I in T-E-A-M"
Teamwork is one of
the most necessary elements of success. Learning how you
function in a team will help you be more productive in that
environment and ultimately lead any team you are a part of to
ultimate success. Teamwork is based on a
mindset of sharing, cooperating, and trusting. Creating
accountability, learning to understand how you work, and trusting
the synergy will lead your team to win the gold!
